Q: What phone can I use for Spaceout.VR?
A: First you need to have a gyroscope and accelerometer in your phone, these are common from all phones starting in 2015. We recommend Android phones with Android 5.0 and higher. We recommend iOS 8.0 and higher.
Q: How do i click on something in Spaceout.VR?
A: In Spaceout.VR you can simply gaze to navigate. You will see a little white “dot” that you turn your head to point. The first time you log in, you will see a tutorial that will help you get started.
Q: How do I connect my Facebook account?
A: You need an account on Facebook.
Then while NOT in a VR Viewer, place your phone in portrait mode and the Facebook logo will appear. Click on it and follow the login. It will ask you to authorize this app on your mobile phone. Click ‘yes’ then you image icon should appear.

A: Spaceout.VR is sociable VR App. It combines your personal music, photos and friends to create entertaining, fun worlds and games.
Q: How do I play my music in Spaceout.VR?
A:You can access your music library on your phone, it will only play songs that you have saved to your phone. In Rhythm.VR, you can access your music library via the icon.
Q: Can I use Spaceout.VR with my home stereo or music instrument?
A: Yes, Spaceout.VR has a Microphone feature that will use your phone’s mic to allow for a sound responsive experience This can be used with a home stereo, out at a concert or festival.

A: You need an account on SoundCloud. You can get one at www.soundcloud.com .Then while NOT in a VR Viewer, place your phone in portrait mode and the SoundCloud logo will appear. Click on it and follow the login. You can use Twitter or Facebook to log in as well.

Q: How do I adjust my viewer?
A: You can adjust lenses for optimal focus by screwing the lenses all the way up or all the way down to get the better view for your eyes.

A: All 4 inch to 6.5 inch phones work in this viewer.
Q: Is the Spaceout.VR viewer safe to use?
A: We provide safety information upon the package of the viewer. Please review. Most importantly consult a physician, before using any VR viewer if you have issues with flashing lights.
Q: Can I wear glasses in the Spaceout.VR Viewer?
A: We don’t recommend that, however certain glasses and people’s heads do fit, it is up to you.
Q: How old do I have to be to use Spaceout.VR?
A: We recommend Spaceout.VR software and Viewers for people over 13 years old.
Q: What if I have double vision?
A: Check to make sure the phone is site flush against the device and there is no space between the viewer and the phone is not crooked. We also recommend sometimes closing your eyes for 10 seconds. You can also adjust the (ipd) of your lenses using the 2 sliding adjustments on the underside of the viewer.
Q: What if the my vision is bad and blurry?
A: You can adjust the focus of the viewers. Check to make sure the phone is properly seated.
Q: How is the viewer shipped?
A: We offer free shipping in the US and us the US Postal Service for all deliveries domestically and Internationally.
Q: Is the Spaceout.VR Viewer compatible with existing VR content available on the Google Play and App store?
A: Yes, you can use any Google Cardboard Ready software app. This are found in smartphone app stores. Most are free.=
Q: Will I be able to use my headphones?
A: Yes you can easily plug into the headphones jack of your phone and the Viewer has room for the wire to run. We also recommend bluetooth headphones.
Q: Will I need an additional controller to navigate through VR content?
A: No, the Spaceout.VR viewer comes with a magnetic button on the side. This is compatible with most VR apps and allows for triggering functions.
